At AB INTRA, we want you to feel confident in your choices. If something isn’t right, you have the option to return your order under the conditions outlined below.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, no explanation needed. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 30-day period starts when the last item is delivered.
You may also cancel your order before it has been processed (before packaging or shipping has started). This is in addition to the 30-day withdrawal period.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@abintra.life within the withdrawal period. Please include your order number and clearly indicate which product(s) you wish to return. We may ask why you’re returning your order, but you’re not required to provide a reason.
We’ll confirm your return request via email.
We ask that all products are handled with care during the withdrawal period. Returns must meet the following conditions:
Sealed products (such as powdered dietary supplements) can only be returned if the seal is unbroken, and the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Other products may be opened and examined, but only to the extent needed to assess their nature and functionality. If there are signs of use or damage, we may deduct a portion of the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Original shipping fees are not refunded.
If a full order is returned, any free promotional items received must also be returned. If they are not, we reserve the right to deduct their value from your refund.
If your return lowers the value of your order below the free shipping threshold, we may also deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Include your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return.
Send the products back to us within 30 days of your withdrawal notice.
Once we’ve received the returned item(s) in good condition, we’ll process your refund.
We aim to refund your purchase within 30 days of cancellation, provided that the returned items arrive in good condition. Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless both you and AB INTRA agree otherwise.
If you do not exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery (or fail to return the item within 30 days of your notice), your purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
This Returns & Refunds Policy is a summary of your rights as outlined in Article 7 of our Terms & Conditions. In the event of discrepancies between this policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
