We currently ship to most EU countries. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The applicable rate will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
If there is ever a discrepancy between this overview and the checkout, the checkout information is leading.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Within the Netherlands: usually 1–2 business days
• Neighboring countries: 2–4 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

You will receive a track & trace link once your order has been dispatched.

Missed deliveries

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup at a nearby service point or for redelivery. If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge the return costs before resending.

Important notes

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners; delays caused by customs checks, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
• If delivery is not possible within 30 days, you may cancel the order at no charge and receive a full refund.
