Why Gutbiotica PRIME and Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+?

Your gut is where your glow takes root. This bundle combines two advanced formulas for complete from-within support. Gutbiotica PRIME promotes microbiome strength with human-residential probiotics, 2′-fucosyllactose (2′-FL), and MGCPQQ®, an innovative ingredient studied for its cellular benefits. While PRIME was designed with longevity in mind, its synergistic support for microbiome balance indirectly benefits the skin, too.

Pair this with Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+, a formula that nourishes all layers of the skin with collagen tripeptides, Ceramosides™, and a targeted gut-skin axis blend. Together, PRIME and COLLAGEN+ are your foundation for both microbiome vitality and glowing skin.

A next‐generation gut support formula designed specifically for healthy aging. With a synergistic blend of gut-nourishing prebiotic 2’-fucosyllactose [1], human-residential Triple Bifidus strains [2,3], and MGCPQQ®, Gutbiotica PRIME supports microbiome resilience and vitality as we age.

How to use

PRIME: 1 level scoop per serving. Mix with water, juice, smoothie, or yogurt.

COLLAGEN+: 3 level scoops per serving. Mix with water, juice, smoothie, or yogurt.

Both can be taken at any time of the day, together or separately. Since they contain probiotics, avoid mixing with hot drinks and consume immediately to preserve probiotic viability.

Acclimatization

PRIME: Start with ½ scoop daily for the first 1–2 weeks, then increase to 1 full scoop as your gut adjusts.
COLLAGEN+: Start with 1 scoop daily for the first 1–2 weeks. If well-tolerated, increase to 2–3 scoops daily.

Supporting Your Beauty Root As You Evolve

Bifidobacteria, our lifelong gut allies, naturally decrease with age [13,14]. This reduction is often accompanied by a drop in butyrate- and SCFA-producing microbes [15]. Bifidobacteria play a key upstream role in producing lactate and acetate [16], which other gut bacteria convert into health-promoting butyrate, which is essential for gut resilience.

At the same time, skin renewal slows, collagen production drops by 1–1.5% annually [17,18], and ceramide levels in the skin also decline, reducing hydration and barrier function [19,20]. The Ultimate Glow bundle helps you proactively support both systems.

Figure of Bifidobacteria levels across the human lifespan is modified from Arboleya et al., 2016, Frontiers in Microbiology (CC BY 4.0). Original figure by Arboleya, Watkins, Stanton and Ross.

Why take The Ultimate Glow Duo?

At some point, your skin needs more than just surface care. Even with a balanced diet and dedicated skincare routine, the intrinsic aging process continues. And that’s where targeted internal support makes the difference.

Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+ is a complete formula that works from the inside out, layer by layer. It nourishes the dermis with clinically studied collagen tripeptides, the epidermis with Ceramosides™ phytoceramides, and the gut-skin axis with probiotics and prebiotics.

Gutbiotica PRIME complements this by promoting microbiome strength with clinically studied probiotics, 2′-fucosyllactose (2′-FL), and MGCPQQ®, an advanced ingredient researched for its cellular benefits. PRIME was designed for longevity support, but its role in nurturing microbiome balance indirectly benefits the skin, too. Together, they form a foundation for resilience, radiance, and vitality, starting from within.

The Ultimate Glow Duo is ideal for anyone with more mature skin or when your skin simply needs extra support.

We generally recommend starting Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+ in your late 20s to mid-30s as a proactive step, but if you feel your skin needs more help, this is where the Ultimate Glow Bundle shines. Gutbiotica PRIME is specifically formulated to support microbiome health as we age, making it the perfect companion to COLLAGEN+ when you want to go further.

After 3–6 months, once you’ve achieved noticeable results, you might decide to continue with COLLAGEN+ alone—or keep the full duo as your go-to inside-out beauty routine.

Skin renewal isn’t instant. The keratinocyte cell cycle, from the birth of a skin cell to its shedding, takes 40–56 days, and slows with age. That’s why we recommend giving it at least 2–3 full cycles (around 3 months) to experience meaningful changes.

Consistency is key. While many prefer to take probiotics before their first meal to optimize delivery to the gut, what matters most is making it part of your daily routine. Avoid mixing PRIME with hot drinks (heat harms probiotic viability) and consume it right after preparation to ensure you get the full benefit of its live probiotics.

Yes. They’re designed to complement each other—gut microbiome strength supports systemic health, which can reflect in your skin.

No, and for good reason. The effects of sweeteners and flavourings on the gut microbiome are still being studied and many safety assessments don’t include microbiome impact. We keep our blends clean so you can mix them your way, naturally.

Gutbiotica PRIME is neutral in taste.

Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+ contains fish collagen and active nutrients, so it may have a slight marine and vitamin scent. However, it’s largely neutral in flavor and when mixed into yogurt, smoothies, or juice, it blends in almost unnoticeable.

Yes, in most cases. Research shows that many individuals with lactose intolerance can tolerate up to 12 grams of lactose in one sitting, about the amount in a cup of milk. One serving of PRIME contains less than 0.5 g of sugar, and SHAPE adds about 1 g, a portion of which is lactose. This combined amount is well below typical tolerance thresholds, making this bundle suitable for most lactose-intolerant individuals when taken as directed.

However, if you are highly sensitive to lactose or experience discomfort even with small amounts, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Ceramosides™ in the Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+ are derived from wheat but contain no detectable gluten. However, if you have celiac disease or a severe wheat allergy, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

We always use a level scoop for accuracy. Heaped scoops vary too much to be reliable.

Powder allows for full hydration and optimal effectiveness, particularly for glucomannan. Pre-hydrated fibers provide better satiety effects and better digestive comfort.

Mild discomfort can happen when increasing fiber intake or introducing new fibers. Start with a smaller amount (e.g. 1 scoop daily), let your gut adjust for 1–2 weeks, and then increase gradually.

No. Gutbiotica PRIME does not contain human milk. The 2’-fucosyllactose (2’-FL) used is produced through a precise fermentation and purification process, resulting in a powder that is molecularly identical to the 2’-FL found in human milk. All the benefits, without any human-derived ingredients.

No. Skinbiotica COLLAGEN+ contains fish-derived collagen peptides and is therefore not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

For fiber-focused vegan support, check out Fibersentials FLOW, or Gutbiotica L-Glutamine for gut barrier support, which are 100% vegan-friendly.
