Key Features

GOS and 2'-FL complementary support

By combining these fermentable oligosaccharides with different structures, although both are bifidogenic, they stimulate growth of different Bifidobacterium species [1] and they also targets short chain fatty acid (SCFA) production in both proximal and distal colon [1–3].

5 billion CFU of gut-native BB536

A clinically proven Bifidobacterium longum strain that is clinically proven and known for digestive health support [4, 5], balancing the microbiome [6], supporting immunity [7].

L-glutamine keeping your gut resilient

5 g of L-Glutamine supports tight junction proteins [8] and rapid tissue repair [9], helping maintain a strong, healthy barrier.

‘’We formulate CORE for individuals who understand the importance of gut health in their everyday vitality and seek a comprehensive, balanced approach to digestive support’’

Key Ingredients

2'-fucosyllactose

Human milk oligosaccharide that reaches the colon intact [10] to selectively feed Bifidobacteria [11], linked to healthier aging and metabolic balance [12]. Learn more

A rapidly fermentable fiber with a low molecular mass, it promotes prebiotic activity in the proximal colon.

A clinically researched strain that supports immunity and gastrointestinal health.

L-GlUTAMINE

Reinforces gut barrier integrity, reducing inflammation and ensuring intestinal health.

How to use

Mix three scoops (10 g) into water or non-acidic beverage of your choice. Stir well and consume on an empty stomach, e.g. in the morning. Gutbiotica CORE is neutral in taste and blends easily into your daily routine.

Acclimatization

To ensure a smooth transition, begin with one scoop daily for the first 1-2 weeks. If well-tolerated, increase to two scoops and eventually three. This slow introduction allows your gut to adjust to the increase in beneficial bacteria and prebiotics.

Why Gutbiotica CORE?

Our daily gut health supplement Gutbiotica CORE delivers triple-action support with clinically studied probiotics, targeted prebiotics, and L-glutamine.

We always use a level scoop for accuracy. Heaped scoops vary too much to be reliable.

Gutbiotica CORE tastes neutral. Many take it just with water.

We prefer to keep things clean. The effects of sweeteners on the gut microbiome are still not fully understood, and safety assessments for additives often don’t include microbiome impact.

The same applies to flavourings. That’s why we leave our blends unsweetened and unflavoured, so you can mix them with your drink or yogurt of choice and keep your routine as natural (and personal) as possible.

Acidic beverages like citrus juice or coffee can reduce L-Glutamine stability. For optimal effectiveness, it’s best to dissolve it in non-acidic liquids like plain water or a neutral plant-based milk (e.g. oat or almond).

Taking CORE on an empty stomach helps improve L-Glutamine absorption. When there’s no food competing for digestion, glutamine is more readily taken up by the gut and transported to where it’s most needed—especially the gut lining and immune system.

We believe in one simple, effective daily serving. To support your gut fully, we include clinically studied doses of prebiotics, probiotics, and other supportive nutrients like our collagen tri-peptide and L-Glutamine. These amounts wouldn’t fit into a few capsules. Also, our probiotics are proven to be shelf-stable, so capsules aren’t needed to ensure their viability.

Mild discomfort can happen when increasing fiber intake or introducing new fibers. Start with a smaller amount (e.g. 1 scoop daily), let your gut adjust for 1–2 weeks, and then increase gradually to 2 scoops and eventually 3 scoops (1 full serving).

Gutbiotica PRIME is vegetarian-friendly. However it is not suitable for vegans due to its GOS content, which is derived from milk lactose. For vegan-friendly gut support, you can check Gutbiotica L-Glutamine and Fibersentials FLOW.

Take CORE any time of the day, many prefer it with or after breakfast. Mix 1 serving (3 level scoops) with your preferred drink or yogurt and enjoy immediately, as it contains living probiotics.
