Gut health is about more than just adding probiotics—it’s about creating the right environment for your whole gut ecosystem to thrive. CORE delivers triple-action support with clinically studied probiotics, targeted prebiotics for both the proximal and distal colon, and L-glutamine to nourish the gut lining.
But your gut also needs quantity and variety of fibers to truly flourish. That’s where FLOW comes in: a blend of psyllium (arabinoxylan), resistant maltodextrin (Fibersol®), and FOS to provide both bulk and microbiome diversity, extending benefits to regularity and satiety*. Together, they work in harmony for complete, everyday gut care.
Gutbiotica CORE delivers triple-action support with clinically studied probiotics [1], prebiotics [2,3] and L-Glutamine [4] to strengthen your microbial foundation.
Fibersentials FLOW fills the fiber gap most people face, combining fast and slow fermenting fibers to support bowel regularity* [5,6] and nourish your beneficial microbes [7,8].

Start with 1 scoop each of CORE and FLOW daily for the first 1–2 weeks. Gradually increase to 3 scoops of CORE (1 serving) and adjust FLOW to 2 scoops (1 serving) or your preferred amount as your gut adjusts.
Historically, our ancestors consumed close to 100 g of fiber per day [11]. Today, modern diets fall drastically short: Netherlands 21 g/day [12], UK 19 g/day [13], US 17 g/day [14], Asia 8–10 g/day [15].
Women often face an even wider gap. In the Netherlands, 10% of men and just over 5% of women meet the recommendation [16]. In the UK, only 4% of women and 13% of men [13] reach it.
In the Netherlands, the recommendation is 30 g/day for women and 40 g/day for men [16]. Evidence shows that going even higher, toward ~45 g/day, can increase short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production and promote the activity of fiber-degrading enzymes in the microbiome [17,18].
It’s not about filling that gap with fiber supplements alone. Real, whole foods: vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, are the foundation (we’ll share more practical strategies in our blog). The Super Daily Duo is here to help make that journey easier. Each serving of CORE adds 3.5 g of fiber, and FLOW adds 5.8 g: dense, convenient, and designed to complement—not replace—your daily efforts.
Why? Because even small, steady changes help you cross the line and your gut will thank you for it.
Build your gut health routine with CORE and FLOW—two essentials working together to nourish your microbiome and help you close the fiber gap with ease.
Begin your gut health routine today—with 10% savings in this exclusive gut health and fiber bundle.

Committing to three months was worth it. My skin feels more hydrated and smooth, and I actually look forward to taking it every day.
This is my favorite. I take it daily and my skin looks fresher while my digestion feels calmer. It’s nice to see results inside and out.*
I was looking for something to support both metabolism and gut health. This duo works! I feel satisfied for longer and my digestion has improved too.*
This combo really clicked for me. My stomach feels more settled and I don’t get the same sugar cravings in the afternoon. It fits my weight goals without being complicated.*
I wanted something simple to keep my gut in balance. Taking CORE and FLOW together feels complete, my digestion has been smoother and I feel lighter overall.
Glucomannan is one of the few EFSA-approved ingredients for weight loss, I love that this blend is science-backed and clean.*
They complement each other—Gutbiotica CORE delivers triple-action support with clinically studied probiotics, targeted prebiotics, and L-glutamine; and Fibersentials FLOW to provide both bulk and microbiome diversity, extending benefits to regularity and satiety*.
Yes, for example smoothies, yogurt, porridge. Just follow with water for best results.
Take CORE any time of the day, many prefer it with or after breakfast. Mix 1 serving (3 level scoops) with your preferred drink or yogurt and enjoy immediately, as it contains living probiotics.
Take FLOW during the day, ideally not right before bedtime. Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) into water, juice, or smoothies. Follow with a large glass of water.
Yes! Adjust based on your fiber needs. For general fiber support, start with ½ or 1 serving (1 scoop = 2.9 g fiber or 2 scoops = 5.8 g fiber) and adjust as needed. If you’re targeting specific needs like relieving constipation or supporting satiety, you may benefit from 4–6 scoops daily. Start low and build gradually.
We always use a level scoop for accuracy. Heaped scoops vary too much to be reliable.
Mild discomfort can happen when increasing fiber intake or introducing new fibers. Start with a smaller amount (e.g. 1 scoop daily), let your gut adjust for 1–2 weeks, and then increase gradually.
We recommend at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water daily to help the fibers work properly and reduce the risk of intestinal discomfort.
FLOW contains only pure, water-loving fibers—no anti-clumping agents. To prevent lumps, sprinkle gradually while stirring. Blending into smoothies also works well.
Yes. Both Gutbiotica CORE and Fibersentials FLOW are vegetarian-friendly.
